MODERNISATION

If production processes change or if specific areas are outsourced, then the energy demand of manufacturing companies changes. An appropriate response to this is in many cases, the modernisation of the central heater system. An example is the replacement of old heater system using the 1 pass principle with a modern 3 pass aggregate. These have the advantage that the flue gases are deflected twice and in the second and third pass release their energy to the heat transfer medium via convection. This does not only save energy but can also be realised in a significantly more compact design thanks to the special HTT construction. In addition to improving your energy balance, a modernisation also contributes to an increase in plant availability.

PROJECT PLANNING

In the design department at HTT, our engineers in their different disciplines such as mechanical engineering or electrical engineering develop and design new and innovative solutions on state-of-the-art CAD workstations. That these are implemented in 3D in every detail, tailored and individual to your requirements is ensured by careful planning and project management. The design department is the true heart of HTT. Ongoing education, internal and external staff training as well as the use of the best possible and most up-to-date CAD planning software ensures the constantly high level at HTT from planning to production.

PRODUCTION

Those who stand for quality cannot rely on others. Uncompromisingly, we only rely on in-house production of all core components. We realise a production depth at our locations in Herford (4,000 sqm) and in Spreewald (5,000 sqm) which is unique in the industry. We promise everything from one source - and we also deliver it. We have a quality standard in our own products, which we guarantee to you thanks to intelligent in-house solutions and “Made in Germany". We know exactly where it comes from and where it should go.

PLANT CONSTRUCTION

HTT offers perfect solutions for the benefit of the operating company. For example, the pre-fabrication can be done to such a degree, that a complex plant is set up in our factories 1:1, then dismantled for transport and re-assembled at the installation location in no time. For large-scale systems, we supply all essential components of the thermal apparatus engineering to almost any location in the world and install them there ready for operation.
