The use of waste heat provides enormous potential for improving energy efficiency. Exhaust gas streams can be obtained from dryers, thermal post-processing or biomass furnaces. For this, the use of virtually any exhaust gas temperature up to +700°C and 100,000 Nm3/h exhaust gas volume is possible. In general, the plants are fitted with an integrated exhaust gas bypass, which allows a bypass capability of up to 100% depending on the design. Bare tube or finned tube heat exchanger elements are available as heating surfaces which are designed and manufactured according to customer objectives. A broad range of standard sizes can be covered thanks to the modular configuration of the systems.
Depending on requirements, warm water <110 °C, hot water <250 °C, steam <400 °C or thermal oil <400 °C can be generated. The safety technical equipment as well as valves, pumps and controls complete our product portfolio.
