Heating-cooling systems work with uniform heat transfer media, non-corroding, non-toxic and also food safe (optional). This is made possible by the special construction, which prevents direct contact between the primary energy and the consumer. The heat transfer medium is not connected directly to the primary energy source but via a heat exchanger. Thus, the heat transfer medium is both a separating medium between the reaction product and the environment - a decisive safety benefit especially for the chemical, pharmaceutical and food sector. |
